Hipobuy Warehouse Location: Find Your Receiving Address

Find the right Hipobuy warehouse address in your account, avoid outdated forwarding details, and resolve delivered parcels that have not appeared in storage.

Looking for the Hipobuy warehouse location? Use the current receiving instructions for your order or forwarding service inside the official Hipobuy account. This guide does not publish a street address: a company office, an old screenshot or another buyer's recipient line is not a verified receiving address for your parcel. Confirm the complete destination before a seller dispatches anything.

Locate the correct address for your order type

For an agent purchase, follow the order workflow and its seller-to-warehouse tracking. For forwarding, first confirm that the service accepts your product, then obtain the receiving details from the current forwarding workflow or official support. Do not assume a shopping-agent order and a self-purchased forwarding parcel need identical instructions. An international return may require a separate approved destination.

Copy the recipient name, telephone number, province or city, street, postcode if supplied, and any customer identifier exactly as instructed. Preserve the original characters where required. Avoid translating, abbreviating or replacing an identifier with your own name unless the platform tells you to. A recognizable building address without the matching account reference may still leave a parcel unassigned.

Check the seller's delivery record

Before dispatch, compare the seller's saved address with the current receiving instructions. Keep a private copy of the confirmation, selected item, quantity and order reference. If the seller uses several parcels, list each domestic tracking number. When the seller changes a carrier or label, update the record so the warehouse is not being asked to locate an obsolete number.

Do not confuse a registered business address with a logistics receiving point. If the address in an old order differs from the live instructions, pause the new shipment and ask support which details apply. For a package already moving, request coordinated instructions from the seller, carrier and platform rather than improvising a redirection.

Separate delivery from warehouse intake

A courier's delivered event and a stored item are different milestones. Receiving staff may still need to match the label, open the parcel and inspect its contents. Start with the actual delivery timestamp, recipient information, package count and proof of delivery. Check whether the account already contains an unmatched item or a message requesting more information.

When asking for help, state the exact discrepancy: “The domestic carrier shows one package delivered, but the order has no warehouse item record.” Include the order reference and tracking evidence through official support. Do not publish a full forwarding address with your personal account identifier in a forum or public comment.

Inspect and record each stored item

Match the stored item to the seller listing, colour, size and quantity. Compare QC photographs with the order selection, not only with a promotional image. For clothing and shoes, a clear measurement photo can resolve a sizing issue before international shipping. Photos can show visible condition; they cannot establish hidden materials, authenticity or long-term durability.

Keep a small ledger containing the stored date, QC decision, any return deadline, storage deadline and planned parcel group. Use the deadlines displayed for the individual item. A recent purchase should not hide an older item approaching its limit. Resolve missing accessories or incorrect variants before combining the item with other products.

Prepare a parcel after intake is complete

Group compatible items only after each has a clear decision. Confirm destination, product restrictions and packaging needs before using a shipping estimate. Shoe boxes, fragile pieces and bulky clothing can change the outer dimensions substantially. Request packed measurements when uncertainty could affect the route or billable weight. Warehouse location alone cannot predict international delivery time or shipping price.

Keep a complete handoff record

Your record should connect seller acceptance, domestic tracking, warehouse receipt, stored-item identity and international parcel submission. Keep the original evidence when a stage changes. If support asks for a label image, send a readable image privately and explain what needs matching. The useful outcome of a warehouse-address search is a parcel that reaches the correct account, with enough evidence to resolve an exception.
